My accounting method is set at Cash but my BAS preparation indicates Accrual. I have logged out and tried again but my BAS stays on accrual How can I fix this error?

Aside from the accounting method, you'll have to change the GST method to cash as well. I'll guide you how:

1. Click GST.
2. Click Edit GST, then choose Edit settings.
3. Under GST method, choose Cash, then click Save.
4. You'll receive a message, "Are you sure you want to make this change?", choose Yes.
