Question

My client is trying to invite me to their QBO File. I am not receiving the invite. She is adamant that the email address is correct. What could the problem be?

Hi traceyseller, 

 

In most cases if you have confirmed the email address is correct with the client but you are still not receiving the invite, it could be a potential security block set in your email domain, or potentially a filter which is assigning the invites to your junk mail.

 

It would be best to check with your own IT team or check your junk mail that our QuickBooks notifications are not being blocked or reallocated. 

 

That being said, a great way to test is to get your client to send a invite to a secondary email you have access to, and see if you receive it there.
