My partner made his self as an accountant and his account is block. please guide us

We can do a password reset if the user has accepted the invite after adding an acccountant and if he is still showing as an active user on Manage users list. Let me show you how. 

1. Go to the QuickBooks Online sign in page.
2. Select I forgot my user ID or Password.
3. Follow the onscreen instructions.

A password reset link will be sent to the email address or user ID you've used to verify your account.
