Nab Connect: How do we update the feed from other logins? Is it always tied to the NAB Connect ID that set it up or is there another way around it?

The sign in information of the connected bank account is based on who the account owner of the bank is. If you're adding a new direct feeds connection for your NAB bank account, you can use the steps below.

 

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
  2. Select Link account or Add account on the top-right corner of the screen.
  3. Find your bank in the search bar, then select it.
  4. Select the Get direct bank feeds link and follow the instructions to generate a Client Authority Form. Or, in the case of Westpac and ANZ, connect direct feeds in your Internet Banking settings.
  5. Print the Client Authority Form and get all signatories to sign it, then email the form to [email address removed]. Alternatively, you can post the form to:
    Mail: SISS Data Services Pty Ltd
    Locked Bag 3060
    Crows Nest, NSW, 1585
