Ok, help is only offering me this community advice...Why wasn't I informed that my monthly subscription was going to increase from $69.00 to $89.92????

I’d love to assist in checking the charges associated with your account. However, billing and subscription concerns require personal verification which can only be done by our Customer Care Team. They’ll need to gather personal data to pull up billing, which we are unable to do in this public forum.
