On creating a new quote when typing in the phone number in the correct column it does not appear on the printed copy ?

QuickBooks Online (QBO) allows you to add the phone number when creating quotes and you can always view the number when printing it.

When setting up this template, ensure to put a checkmark under the phone number and choose the exact template when creating a quote. I'll show you how:
 

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Custom form style.
3. In the form styles lists, select the template you want to edit. You can choose the Standard template.
4. Click Edit under the Action column.
5. Select the Content tab and click the Header.
6. Make sure to put a checkmark under the phone column.
7. Click Done.
