Since STP 2 update on Feb 28 I can no longer lodge with ATO

Let's check the employee profile of the missing employees when lodging a pay run. If the STP income types selected on the employee is Closely held employee you'll need to select a reporting method. These are the reporting methods that you can choose from: Report employee on a quarterly basis or Report employee each pay run.
