"Sorry we don't currently support connecting to a client's QuickBooks Online Company from a different region"

My new bookkeeper is overseas & can't log in. She gets the error "Sorry we don't currently support connecting to a client's QuickBooks Online Company from a different region"

Any suggestions? She said her other clients give her their own logins. I'm not that keen to do this.

Hi hello59-

 

The system can only add QuickBooks Online accounts within the same product region. Your bookkeeper will need to sign up with the QuickBooks Online for Accountant AU version. Once they've created the QuickBooks Online Accountant AU account, you can invite him/her again to proceed with accepting the invitation.
