Thanks for posting in the Community! Let me guide you on how to correct an employee's WHM country code.

1. Go to Employees tab.
2. Select an employee.
3. Go to Tax File Declaration.
4. Deselect the Is approved working holiday maker field, and specify the As of field as Employee's start date. Select Save.
5. Select the Is approved working holiday maker field, and set the As of field to Employee's start date (or the date they started as WHM), and select the Visa country from the list. Then select Save.
6. Save the employee's Tax File Declaration again. 

There is no need to re-lodge the Tax File Declaration, as STP Phase 2 reporting already reports this information to the ATO.

Once done, let's refresh your data to load the changes made to the employee's settings. Here's how:

1. On Employees tab, go to Payroll Settings. 
2. Select Reports.
3. Select Single Touch Payroll. 
4. Select the ID number of the newest pay event from the list. 
5. Select Actions and then Refresh data.
