The banking section is never working , every month i have to contact this useless system to try get it rectfied . is anyone else having this issue, why do i pay for this?

Let's log in to your account using a private browser. This mode will not save any history, making it a great place to identify browser issues.

You may use these shortcut keys that I've listed below:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N  
• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If it works successfully, you'd want to clear your regular browser's cache to prevent any unexpected behavior. Also, you can use other compatible browsers in QBO. 

Moreover, you can try checking your bank's website to see if there are issues on your bank's end. You can look for any display issues as you navigate the website. These can block QuickBooks from downloading new transactions.

You can also reach out to your financial institution to verify if they have ongoing system maintenance that may lead to this problem. 

In the meantime, you can manually import your bank transactions in QBO. Once transactions are in, you'll now need to categorize and match them in QBO to make sure they are allocated to the correct account.
