The payrun has been finalised successfully although there was an error while publishing journals. How do I fix this?

It sounds like there might be a technical issue preventing the journals from being exported from the Payroll section - in a situation like this, I would recommend reaching out to our support team so that they can walk you through getting this issue resolved. 1. In your QuickBooks Online, click the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Contact us and enter the details of your concern.
3. Click Let's talk and choose Chat or Get a callback.
4. Enter the required information
