The QuickBooks app on my iPhone is telling me there is a connection error, however it still connects and shows the transactions

Let me provide some steps to help resolve issues with your transactions on your QuickBooks mobile app, @anthonyh2.

 

The mobile app stores cache and improves your user experience and task performance. We can clear your data to refresh the system and remove older files that cause unusual responses in QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app. 

 

To proceed, here's how:

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Select Refresh Data.
  3. Choose Refresh to confirm.

 

If the issue persists, let's uninstall and reinstall the app to refresh its setup.
