The Quickbooks app stopped working on iPhone 11 after an update. I have just got a iPhone 12, the same issue. Once downloaded and opened I get the screen then it crashes

As an initial step, I recommend clearing the app data to optimize its performance. Sometimes, the stored cache can cause unusual behavior with the system.

In the QuickBooks Online app:

1. Go to the Menu ☰
2. Select Help & Feedback
3. Click Refresh Data
4. Then select Refresh.

In your device Settings:

1. Select Setting General iPhone Storage and choose an app that's taking up a lot of space.
2. Click Offload App to free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app.

Once completed, reopen the application.

In case you're getting the same error in the future, you can also uninstall and reinstall the QuickBooks Online app. This way, you can refresh the connection between your app and your phone.

1. Uninstall the app.
2. Open the App Store on your device and search for QuickBooks Online.
3. Click Free and then Install.
4. Sign in using the same user ID and password that you used when you signed up for QBO.
