The software doesn't open in my laptop. Looks like loading for ever. It works properly in my mobile phone. Help please

QuickBooks Online isn't fully loading for a variety of reasons. You may have encountered browser-related issues as a result of too much cache stored on your computer, or you may be experiencing issues with your internet connection.

 

Please ensure your internet is stable. Then, let's access your account using an incognito window. This mode helps since it doesn't save any internet files. Here are the shortcut keys:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N 
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If it works, you can clear the cache to delete the history or log files and start over. To further isolate, you can use different supported browsers.
