Hello Ja. Let me offer some suggestions to assist you with signing in to QuickBooks Online.

 

To successfully receive verification calls, please make sure that Intuit phone numbers aren't blocked on your device. I suggest reviewing your device settings to ensure Intuit numbers are allowed.

 

If you're still unable to verify your account, consider using alternative verification methods. Simply click I didn’t get a text or I didn’t get an email link on the sign-in page to proceed with signing in to QuickBooks.
