Values of open invoices not showing in Accounts Receivable(A/R) in Balance Sheet (BS) , but they show in A/R "Account History" report. How do fix this?

This could depend on the accounting method you are using. Are you running your Balance Sheet on cash or accrual basis? The open invoices will show in Accounts Receivable on the Balance Sheet if you are set to accrual, not cash. This article explains the difference this makes in reporting.

1.   In your QuickBooks Online, click the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
