Verify via text and phone not working

anyone else having this problem? Not just today, all the time. The only verification that works for me is email and it is annoying each time I want to login to have to wait for the verification email.

Can you please go to Your Account in your QuickBooks file and double check that your recovery phone number is correct including +61 as the area code? 

 

If yes, please contact the Support Team to investigate this further for you.
