When add new user, the page is blank, no option to select.

Oftentimes, your browser is full of the accessed page that may have caused unusual reponses. You can log into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in a private window. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

Once signed in, you can add the user again to check if it's showing a blank page. If not, go back to your default browser and clear the cache to speed up the loading process. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
