When I click on GST on the left column, I get an error message that an unexpected error occured. What has caused this?

Start by using an incognito window (private browsing) to isolate the situation. It does not save cache on your browser, making it a great start to isolate any web browser-related issue.
 

Here's how:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: press Commend + Shift + N

Then, log in to QuickBooks Online and access your GST center once more. If you're able to access the GST tab without an error, then go back to your default browser and clear your browser's cache.

You can also check if your browser is up to date for additional troubleshooting.
