When i try to print a roster it sends me to a login page but my username and password dont work

Hello carol116,

 

Let me help you with printing out rosters in the QuickBooks Online Payroll account. Let's try signing in using a different supported web browser like Google Chrome, Safari, or Mozilla Firefox when signing in to your QuickBooks Online account and accessing the Payroll Settings to print rosters.

 

  1. Log in to QuickBooks Online via the web browser.
  2. Click on the Employees tab.
  3. Click on Payroll Settings, and click on Time & Attendance.
  4. Click on Rostering.
  5. Click on Roster actions, and click on Print.

If the issue remains, please log in using an incognito window (private mode) of your browser and try to print the roster. Here's how to open an incognito window:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

Then, access your QuickBooks Online account and print the rosters once more. If you were able to print the rosters, I'd recommend going back to your default browser and clearing your browser's cache. It is a good idea to clear the cache to remove temporary internet files and to help the software function correctly.

 

However, if you've done the above and the issue still persists I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. That way, they can further check your payroll account.
