Why can't I log into my bank through quickbooks but I can direct through the bank website? Have you been hacked??

Let's get over to your account and get you logged in. Which bank are you trying to login? Did you encounter any specific errors?

 

To isolate the issue, as an initial step, let's try to search the bank's URL and be sure to enter the correct log in. Here's how:

 

  1. Click Banking in the left panel.
  2. On the Banking page, select Add Account.
  3. In the Search field, enter the bank's URL (example: http://www.chase.com).
  4. Select your bank. If you see multiple options, you may have to repeat these steps to find the correct one.
  5. Enter your bank login on your bank's website, then select Continue.
