Why do I get the error "Pay Run creation is currently disabled as the status of your subscription is KEYPAY_EXCEPTION."?

I am getting the above error when I try to process payroll. Have tried using different browsers, and the app. No luck. Have cleared cache as well. I do have the plan which includes payroll processing.

Hi Anirban-Mahanti, 

 

There was an outage on Sunday 14th which prevented QuickBooks Online Payroll powered by KeyPay users from viewing or running payroll. This has since been fixed and users should no longer be experiencing any more difficulty.
