Your account's security is our top priority. You may find SMS and email codes annoying when they keep popping up while logging into your account. This is the verification process and you can turn it off.

Let me show you how:

1. Sign in to your Intuit account.
2. From the left menu, select Sign In & Security.
3. In the “Two-step verification” section, select Turn off.
4. Enter the code, then select Continue.

Once this feature is disabled, you will only be asked to verify your account when you log in from a new device (PC or mobile), a new browser, or when you clear or reset your current browser's cached data.

I also want to help boost the performance of your QuickBooks account. QuickBooks Online uses browser cache and cookies to run faster. But sometimes these can also block web pages from loading and gets outdated which can cause issues.

You can clear the browser’s cache and cookies to fix them. Follow the steps to clear cache for your browser:

• Firefox
• Google Chrome
• Safari for Mac
• Safari for iPad and iPhone
• Microsoft Edge.

After clearing the cache, make sure to restart your browser for changes to take effect.
