So that we can better support you on this, may I ask which part of your QuickBooks Online file you are trying to load into, please?

 

We are experiencing some issues with the Reports tab at the moment.Our engineer team is aware of this and are currently working on a fix.In the mean time, as a work-around you can try going into the search bar at the top right corner of Quickbooks and search for the type of report you're looking for.For example, if you wanted a Profit and Loss report, click into the search bar and type in Profit and Loss, select the correct report and it should come up for you without any issues.

Thank You.

 

It has been now over 3 months that everything is super slow and most times timesout.

 

Bank transactions. Applying direct deposit payments. Paypal not even working at all.

Something's not quite right
Your request is taking longer than expected. Before retrying, please go to your recent transactions and verify if your transaction was saved.
 
 
This is an example of repeated error when trying to allocate a payment.
