Why the recurring transaction option does not appear under list for a particular client

Hello info486,

 

The Recurring Transactions feature is only available in QuickBooks Online Essentials and Plus. You can also use this link for comparison: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/au/pricing/.

 

It's possible that your client's subscription is Simple Start. Here's how to review their subscription:

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Billing & Subscription tab and go to the QuickBooks section.

You can ask your client to upgrade so they can use the Recurring Transactions and other offered features.

 

If your client is part of your Wholesale Billing subscription, you can do the upgrade on your own.
