Lost connection to Bankwest yet again

I've checked with my end, and there's no similar issue with Bankwest disconnecting the bank connection. Before we proceed, may I ask if you've encountered any error messages with your Bankwest? Any additional information would greatly help me provide a suitable solution to your concern. 

 

In the meantime, let's open your QuickBooks Online account using an incognito/private browser to isolate the issue. At times, the accumulated cache in your browser causes unexpected behaviors to the product.

 

Let's start by accessing your QBO account in a private or incognito window. Please refer to the shortcut keys I've listed below.

 

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N 

 

Once signed in, then Go to Banking, then select Banking. 

 

  1. Select Link account. Note: You won't add an account; you need the listed URL.
  2. Please search for your bank and select it.
  3. Copy the URL listed for your bank.
  4. Sign in to your bank or credit card's website using the copied URL. 

  

Otherwise, consider importing transactions via CSV file upload, or enter them manually. Check out this link with articles that will guide you on downloading CSV files from your bank's website.

 

After adding them, you can now match, categorise, and reconcile them to ensure your books are accurate and there aren't any duplicate transactions:
