Hello there, limin-unionbook-.

Yes, you can export the supplier's credit from QuickBooks Online to Excel. Let me provide the steps to achieve it.

I recommend running and customising the Transaction List by Supplier report in QuickBooks. This way, you're able to filter it to only appear the specific entry so you can easily move this to Excel.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Reports menu on the left panel.
  2. Go to the Find report by name search bar and enter the report mentioned above.
  3. Click the Customise button.
  4. Click the Change columns link and checkmark Transaction Type and other info needed.
  5. Choose the Filter drop-down arrow and select Supplier note in the Transaction Type field.
  6. Click Run report.
  7. Choose the Export icon beside the Printer symbol.

However, if you wish to achieve your goal within the Supplier Credit page, this is currently unavailable. For now. you can visit the Apps menu in QBO for any recommendations we can integrate into the platform. This way, it'll help you export the supplier credit from the page said section.

In case you need a particular report in QuickBooks that will reflect all payments made to suppliers, you can open this article:  Run a report with supplier totals.

Feel free to get back in here if you have further questions about managing credit in QuickBooks Online. I'm always around to help, limin-unionbook-. Keep safe!
