Question

Hi, I think there is some error with the bank feeds with DBS Singapore. I cannot find DBS Singapore in the list for selection https://ideal.dbs.com/

    Hi there, TPSBS.

     

    At this time, DBS corporate banking connection type is not yet supported. In this case, I recommend using the Request support for your bank option as a sign of petition to add your bank as one of the supported financial institutions that can be connected with QuickBooks Online (QBO).

     

    Here's how:

     

    1. From the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
    2. Select Add account.
    3. Search for the name of your financial institution.
    4. If you’re still unable to find your bank, select Request support for your bank.
    5. Enter your bank's web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.

    While we continue to work with the bank to develop a direct connection, you can manually import the transactions via CVS upload. For a complete instructions on how to do this, you can follow the steps in this article: Import bank transactions using Excel CSV files.

      This is a failure from Quickbooks. about 2years ago teh direct feed from DBS has not been working.

      Multiple enquires and they "are working on it".. rubbish support here and customer service.

        EXACTLY!

         

        This is an ongoing failure of Quickbooks to provide a DBS link that works. It used to work back in 2018, and then DBS updated their website, and QBO never updated/ bothered to invest to fix the issues. They have for over 2 years gave garbage answers to customer complaints that they are either working on it or for users to lodge a request to support it. Very poor service for a feature we pay for!

            Utilize a converter app to import the data as a workaround.

            I appreciate the trouble you take to recommend work-abouts and additional software to resolve problems.  It would be more helpful for Quickbooks to improve, and offer these basic features, rather than add another service, (and pay for it, most of the time).  With all the cyber and tech issues these days, we have to be very careful about the software we use.  Thank you,
