How can clients get to the QB development team to raise concerns about functionality that is not working or missing to get it fixed?

When having an issue with QB, QB support staff continuously refers to third party apps when I complaint about essential functionality that does not work or does note exist.  The functionality also does not exist in third party apps and i need a solution. I need to get in touch with QB development decision makers and want to know how the get in contact with them.
