Is anyone having trouble downloading transactions from OCBC Business Banking?

I want to ensure this matter is addressed timely so you can get your latest transactions from OCBC Business Banking updated in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

As of this time, the investigation regarding the inability to connect your account and update your transactions in QBO is resolved but the ticket is remained open to keep tracking unexpected integration connection problems.
