My Bankwest have not been working properly for weeks now.  I have not been able to connect since mid June.  Can you please let me know when this issue is going to be fixed.

I'll lend a hand with your concern about not being able to connect with Bankwest, ChrisSumn.

 

Are you receiving a specific error message when attempting to connect your bank? Any additional details will ensure a timely solution.

 

In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank transactions to QBO: Import bank transactions using a CSV file. This way, you can easily categorize them and then reconcile your account.
