Customer Edit Details pane does not respect dark mode setting

The white screen when editing customer details though dark mode is enabled is working as designed. Being able to see the entire page content in dark mode would be helpful. Rest assured that I'll relay this message to our team in concern here on my end.

Here's how to send a feedback: 

1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.
