Moving Data from QBSE to QBO

Hi 

I need to move my data from QBSE to QBO due to banking changes. 

How do I move the data over? 

I was sent some instructions but it said save your data from QBSE it didn't say how or where to! 

Has anyone used this MMC converter company they keep recommending?
