Switching from QB Online Advanced to Nonprofit QB Advanced

Horrible time over 3 days of bad support and just getting told to follow this article.  Then you get all kinds of problems and they won't help you.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. You have reached the support for QuickBooks Online Australia Community. I would like to clarify if you are using Quickbooks Online US version? Currently, Quickbooks Online Advanced is only available in QBO US.
