Thanks for posting in the Community!

At the moment the payroll email notifications are based on per user's email login used and user access type. You and the other authorized user can check the following steps below:

1. Click on the Employees tab.
2. Click on the Manage Employees button.
3. Click on Notifications.
4. Tick the boxes of the notifications you wanted to know.
5. Click on Save.

If the HR user is added as full access or restricted access user, they'll have to log in to the payroll account and configure the notifications for their access.
