Can anyone recommend a 3rd party app that we can use to manage stock in a Manufacturing company ,Previously QB had build assemblies fixture but its no longer available.

You can go to the Apps menu to look for third-party available within the program, nomvulaakeswa. I'll walk you through the process.

We're unable to suggest third-party applications that you can use to manage stock in a Manufacturing company. However, many third-party apps offer this service and are compatible with QuickBooks Online. I can help you locate some of these applications through our app menu.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Apps menu.
2. Select Finds Apps.
3. Search for an app on the Find Apps to streamline your work field or click Browse Category to find a suitable app that works best for you.
4. Once you have found an app, click it and select Get App Now.

You may also have the option to browse through feedback provided by other users to decide which app suits your requirements. 

Also, Building Assemblies is only available in QuickBooks Desktop. While this is not an option in QBO, you can use Bundles as a workaround. A bundle is a group of items you sell and track in QuickBooks. For more information, check out this article:  Add product and service items to QuickBooks Online.
