Customers name not pulling through to Invoice

Please assist as the Customers Name is not pulling through to the Invoice

Thank you for your quick response - the fact that the common element is Quick books being the common problem rather than the 4 browsers is clearly demonstrated still many months on. This solution is not functional however I did find a way of overwriting the Billing Address in each individual invoice and Quickbooks then offers an option to accept those changes back to over write the client info and pull through to invoices.

This is not the experience that we want you to have when running invoices in QuickBooks Online.

 

Sometimes, the stored cache can cause unusual behavior in the browser. Let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to verify if you're having a browser-related issue.  

 

To begin, log in to your QBO company using an incognito page. Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open it:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

 

If you're able to see the customer's name reflected through invoices, I suggest you clear your regular browser cache. This will fix browser problems moving forward.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend using another supported browser.
