How do I fix a problem where quickbooks online has a green tick for transactions downloaded but it did not download?

Let me help you show your downloaded banking transactions.

The first thing to do is if your account is connected to your bank update it. Here's how:

1. Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
2. Select Update.

After that, check the banking menu again for the missing transaction in the For review section.
