Hi all,

How do you remove the details highlighted in yellow on my estimate? Can't find anywhere to remove this detail of the estimate.  Please see the attachment.

In my settings, it is not mentioned and shown but when I do preview I do get the highlighted text to see.

Thank you

I want to ensure your concern about your estimates gets taken care of, @DDP2. However, I have to ask for some details about the issue.

May I know what specific part of estimate you’re referring to? This way, I can provide you with the best resolution. Also, reattaching the screenshot would be a great help too.

I'd appreciate any additional details you can provide. I’m looking forward to your reply. Have a great rest of the day.

It is the header part of an estimate. I have re-attached the screenshot.

Thank you for your help.

Hello there, @DDP2.

Thanks for getting back to us. I can share the steps on how to remove registration no. from your estimate.

It looks like you've turned on the registration no. in your Custom Form Styles. To remove this from showing your estimate when you print the preview, you'll have to turn off this by editing the estimate template.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Custom form styles under Your Company.
  3. Choose a template.
  4. Press Edit below the Action column.
  5. Go to the Content tab, then click the pencil icon in the upper-right of the form.
  6. Uncheck the box beside the Business (CIPC) Reg. No.
  7. Click Done.

I've added some articles about adding rows or columns in invoices, customizing sales forms, and other related topics:

Feel free to post again or leave a comment below if you have any other questions. I want to make sure everything is taken care of for you. I'll be here to help. Have a good one!
