I joined the QBO accountant recently and got certification. I  have two issues to assist me with today
1. I have a restaurant client who wishes to incorporate waiters/waitresses orders with the kitchen into qbo to understand among other things, the time it takes to execute the orders and also be able to handle takeout orders and payments with qbo. Please advise.
 
2. I need to change my QBO accountant  to uganda instead of Ireland where I initially signed up from in error.

First, orders and payments need to be recorded manually into the system. You can go to the +New icon, and then select the entry you want to enter. Ensure to set up the products or items through the Products and Services window to track them accordingly. On the other hand, your account's region is set by the region's website in which your subscription was made. To change the country to Ireland, you'll need to consider creating a new account, then choose the appropriate country for your business.
