Is there any resolution to the standard bank connection to download transactions

I'd like to help but I need more details regarding the Standard Bank connection issue. 

Are there any error messages when you tried downloading your transactions? Or are you having some other issues when doing so? Were there any missing details as the transactions are downloaded?
