Linking 2 emails to one accountant user

NOT managing users.

I am an accountant and have an existing QB profile with an old email, I'd like to switch it to a new email. How do I do this?

Good day, @pacooke. I'm here to assist you with updating your Intuit email in QuickBooks.

 

You can switch your email directly within the Intuit Account Manager. Here are the steps to modify your Intuit Account credentials :

 

  1. Sign in to the Intuit Account Manager. Use your sign-in info for QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select the Sign in & security menu.
  3. Click the User ID, Email address, Password, or Phone section.
  4. Make your changes.
  5. When you're done, select Save.

 

Please keep in mind that your Intuit Account is linked to all your Intuit products, so any modifications you make will affect all of them.

Since you've changed your email address, it's also recommended to update it in the Company settings of QuickBooks Online. This ensures your customers see the correct contact info for your company on sales forms.
