Product Information Window (Ctrl+1) is showing that the license is active, but we don't get the pop up with Ctrl+B+Q, we also tried from in the desktop, clicking "Company" and selected "Export Company File to Quickbooks Online", we then get a pop up: Intuit - For security, Intuit does not support this browser or browser version. We have both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge latest updates installed. Setting on Edge to allow Internet Explorer. What will the next step be?

Do you have QB Desktop US Enterprise? Which year version?

Is your company located in South Africa?

I'm joining this thread to provide additional information, Tanswork.

While waiting for your response regarding the follow-up questions raised by SIAB, please be aware that we have encountered this issue with company files that have payroll enabled. Can you please confirm if you use payroll in QuickBooks? This will help me provide accurate solution to your concern.

You can transfer data from QuickBooks Desktop's old version to QuickBooks Online using an online tool. Go to this website and select the link for your QuickBooks version. Then, follow the steps provided in this article based on the QuickBooks version you have. This process applies to the US region.

Since you're using the international version of QuickBooks, please note that QBDT isn't offered in South Africa. Therefore, there's no option to automatically migrate from Desktop to Online. I recommend exploring third-party applications that can assist in converting your files between the two programs.

After that, you can refer to this article for steps on how to import data to QBO: Common questions about importing data to QuickBooks Online.

I'm adding this article to further guide you in managing the growth of your business using QBO: QuickBooks Help Articles. It includes topics about account management, bank transactions, vendors and inventory.

Please let me know if you have more concerns about moving data to QBO. I'll be around to help and provide further guidelines on effectively managing your business using QBO.

Hi SarahannC, Thank you for the reply.

No, we don't use payroll.

Tried using the tool, but seems there is a compatibility conflict because we are running on the UK version
