Welcome to the Community space, @elize-horn. I appreciate you allowing QuickBooks the opportunity to meet your business needs.

It's unfortunate that you have the wrong country for your QBO product, but I'm continuing to help you out to ensure that you'll be routed to the right support to take care of your matter with urgency.

In most cases, when you purchased an annual subscription for QuickBooks Online, and it’s within 60 days of the purchase date, you’re eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee. However, there are some exceptions. For that matter, you can check our return policy for details.

Additionally, after calculation for paid and trial subscriptions, you'll have read-only access to your data for a year. That said, you'll have to open your QuickBooks account and go to the Help icon. From there, I suggest contacting our QBO support team. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment. This way, they'll be able to provide complete or further information about the credit and refund process.

You may refer to this article to request a refund for a QuickBooks product you purchased and track the refund status.

I'm also sharing this link to view details on how you can reactivate your QuickBooks account so you'll be able to pick up where you left off: How to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online

Thank you for doing business with us. Let me know if you have further questions about managing your subscription in QuickBooks. I'll be here to answer them. Have a good day!
