I been trying to download the Desktop password Recovery tool , but the link will not accept my South African Postal Code. I urgently need the tool I am locked outr of a account I need to work with.

All info entered must match the info in Intuit system. This includes email address, main business phone number, and zip/ZIP code of the primary contact on the account. The access token will be sent ONLY to the email address for the primary contact. It is very likely that your license was registered with someone else. Last resort, consider buying a 3rd party password reset service.
