This way, they can help you integrate their program with QBO,  so you'll be able to attach a payment link or QR code on your invoices to make it easy for your customers to pay for their ordered products or services.

I would recommend to use your webstore to accept payments by Yoko. Then you will need a connector to reconcile your transactions into your QBO account. You don't need to send invoices any longer.
