Power BI and Quickbooks Online

Hello!  We recently connected our QB online account with Power BI.  

We are missing data.  We are pulling in all invoices / payments from the QB Reports and missing some inside the Power BI tables. 

 

Any thoughts on why some would be in the tables and others are not?

Hi there, Jenn. Thanks for reaching us in the Community. Let me share some information about connecting your Power BI in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
 
When you connect Power BI to QBO, please know that QBO is not supported by Power BI connecting natively. For the tables to show, you can consider connecting Power BI using connectors.

 

You can go to the QuickBooks app menu, and then search for Power BI. This way all connectors that are affiliated with QuickBooks will show.
