QUICKBOOKS SIMPLE START 2010 NEW LICENCE NUMBER AND VALIDATION CODE

Hi,

I have QB Simple Start 2010 installed but require a new Licence Number and Validation Code. When I attempt to register, by dialing the number provided for users outside the U.S[removed], the "number does not exist"

Can anybody in the community, residing in the U.S please dial the Toll Free Number [removed] and register package on my behalf. The OEM Licence Number is [removed]. The new Licence Nr and Code can be emailed to me at [email address removed]

Alternatively, if anyone can assist by advising how else I can obtain the codes or how/where I can contact a warm body at Intuit. I live in South Africa and have tried every possible way of contacting Intuit.

All help will be much appreciated as I have some seven years data on this package. Eddie [removed]

Hi there, @divine heights. I'll help you directed to the right support to get a validation code.

 

A validation code is needed to activate your QuickBooks Desktop. You'll have to speak directly with our Customer Care Support team to get this information. It's a sensitive data that only them can provide. Using their tools, they can access your account and generate a code unique to your product. 

 

Make sure you're able to log in to Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS) as the primary admin. Then, find the license code there before contacting our support.

  1. Head to this link: Contact Us.
  2. Scroll down to the Get in touch section.
  3. Click the Contact Us button.

Hi, 

Thanks for response but I can't seem to make any progress, following your suggestions.

I simply require a new licence number and validation code to register the package which I have been working on.

I urgently require contact details - email or South African phone numbers - for someone to provide the details.

This is the only way on contacting our Customer Support. You can follow the steps provided by my colleague above on how to reach them. You can select the QuickBooks Online option temporarily and enter your license number.

 

Once connected to our chat support, they'll be the ones to connect you to our QuickBook Desktop support. They have the tools to verify your account and your license number.

You are using an outdated edition and old version. You can try chatting with US based Support but I believe they will refuse to generate any activation codes. They do not offer a toll free number.
