Register QB Pro 2012

QB Pro 2012, South Africa: From Johannesburg, South Africa: EasyBiz no longer offers support. I have my QB Desktop app open. I have been attempting to register my product for over a week. I have been telephonically routed from UK/US/South Africa to register my product, but to no avail.

I have the Licence Number & Product Key Code. I need the Validation Code and Customer Number to proceed.

I hope you have a good day today even if you have a concern with your QuickBooks. I appreciate your effort in registering your QuickBooks and contacting our Support teams. I'll share information about to the issue you are dealing with.

 

We can no longer provide support for the retired version of QuickBooks 2012. Additionally, we have discontinued QuickBooks Desktop products in South Africa. Those are the reasons why our Support teams are no longer able to assist you in reactivating your QuickBooks.

 

What we can offer you is our QuickBooks Online products. You can sign up for a plan to start over. I'm sharing some references about entering historical transactions from your bank statements to speed up work.

 

Signing up for a QBO plan:

 

  1. Follow this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/za/
  2. Choose Buy now or Free 30-day trial.
  3. Click the switch for Monthly or Annual billing.
  4. Select By now or Free 30-day trial on the plan you want.
  5. Continue the steps by following the on-screen instructions.

Which QB Desktop country version did you use? US or UK version?

You can buy a newer one time license to upgrade your version if required.

I have a very basic accounting need and have been using QB Pro 2008 for the past 15 years.
I have just reloaded the software onto a new desktop and have been fully functional as before.
Now the message at login is requesting registration of the software.
How do I go about this ?
I am based in South Africa.

Do you have QB Desktop UK version? You have to chat their Support in the UK to ask the activation code. Otherwise, you may need to purchase a newer version to upgrade your version.
