Standard Bank not updating transactions

Hello there, @1450836. I'd like to share some update regarding the error you encountered while trying to connect your standard bank with QuickBooks Online (QBO).

As I check here on my end, there's an ongoing investigation about connecting standard bank to QBO. Our engineers know about this and are currently working to fix the issue.

I recommend reaching out to our support team so they can include you to the list of affected users. I can assure you that once updates will be implemented, you'll hear about it from us. To begin, here's how:

1. Select (?) Help.
2. In the Search tab, select Contact us.
3. Enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions or ask to talk to somebody.
4. Select Continue.
5. Choose a way to connect with us:

• Start a chat with a support expert.
• Request that we call you back.
• Get the phone number to call our support line.
